Our Story

Pastor Rebecca spent a majority of her life living in the DFW metroplex. During the early years of her marriage Decatur became a huge burden on her heart. It started with her mother accepting a job in Decatur and started sharing with her the burdens of the community. From that moment on the burden was there for someone in the Church of the Nazarene to enter into Decatur. With a move back to DFW from Amarillo, God softened Pastor Rebecca's heart that she was to be that person. 

After years of praying by Pastor Rebecca, her family, and many others the doors have been opened and we are excited to launch Decatur Nazarene Abiding in 2025. Pastor Rebecca along with a core team of likeminded individuals and the support of our sending church are excited to be apart of the community. 

We have a heart for the lost and for those who are struggling. In this time mental health, grief, addiction and so many other things are plaguing our world and we at DNA want to be a refuge for those as well as a home for anyone who finds us.
