Motto
Tribal. Rugged. Real.
Tribal, because the Enemy wants to keep us isolated and alone. He will attack us when we’re away from our group.
Rugged, because the Enemy wants to keep us comfortable and asleep on the sideline. And getting in the Game means rejecting comfort as the ultimate goal.
Real, because the Enemy wants us to wear a facade like we’re fine. Lying to each other like this just makes us feel more isolated. We admit our failures and weaknesses, because that’s where actual living begins.

Men’s Alliance Values
Values create culture. Values are our rudder.
Honor - Show respect to everyone, especially to a Tribesmen who is your elder. Do not lie, cheat, steal, or laugh at sin.
Encouragement - Build up your fellow Tribesmen with words that are positive and hopeful. Do not break others down through sarcasm or insults. Be solution-focused, not problem-focused. Always be optimistic. Never give up hope. No matter what happens you can always say, “Good”.
Trust - Believe the best about your Tribesmen. Give them the benefit of the doubt. Feedback - Seek feedback from others. Ask what your blindspots are. Thank people for their
feedback. Become comfortable receiving feedback from others.
Humility - Everyone has something to teach. Each Tribesman knows something that you don’t know. It’s better to under sell and over deliver.
Perseverance - Our culture is one of finishing strong. Whether in a workout, or in our lives, we strive to leave a legacy of never quitting, of getting back up every time. You are never out of the fight.
Creed
I am a common man with an uncommon desire to succeed.
I will keep myself physically strong, spiritually awake, and morally straight.
I expect to lead and be led, and in the absence of leadership I will take charge and lead by example.
I am not too proud to ask for help.
I belong to a tribe, and do not struggle alone.
My past failures do not define me.
When the world knocks me down, I will get back up every time.
Faithfulness to family and devotion to God will be my legacy. I will finish strong.
